Paramore Loses Two Members

Paramore :D

Two founding members of Paramore have quit the band, the group announced on Saturday (18 December). After six years together, guitarist Josh Farro and his brother Zac, the group's drummer, have left to pursue other musical projects. "We want Josh and Zac to do something that makes them happy and if that isn't here with us, then we support them finding happiness elsewhere," the band said.
The Farro brothers have been part of Paramore since the beginning, exploring angst in Franklin, Tennessee. But the last six years have not been "without trial", the band wrote on their site. The Farros apparently revealed their plans to quit in the autumn, giving an end date of 12 December. "None of us were really shocked," the remaining Paramore members said.
Despite the departure of the Farro brothers – plus the rising solo career of frontwoman Hayley Williams – Paramore are not packing it in. "We never for a second thought about leaving any of this behind," the band said. "The three of us who are still here are ready to take on another chapter of our journey together ... Knowing that we have a unified passion and a clear vision makes us feel stronger than ever."
Next year, the band plan to tour South America and record a fourth studio album. "We like to do it at home mostly," Williams told MTV News. "We like to wait and focus on the records when we have time off."
